Process

Over the years since the establishment of Shubham Polyspin, we have perfected an exemplary people-process-technology framework that helps us optimise on our resources and increase quality output. Nevertheless, for this framework to work, we have to continually improve on our manufacturing process and extensively rely on our machines that use avant-garde technology. These require minimum maintenance and consume low energy, while minimising noise and increasing the output.

Raw material treatment

The raw material used for manufacturing our products need to undergo a series of chemical treatments that enhance the performance of the material, which in turn elevate the quality of the finished product and increases their advantages. Some of these treatments help make the products flame and abrasion resistant. Others treatments include waxing, water-blocking and non-wicking. These ensure that the yarns, ropes, threads, webbing, and other products run smoothly on a number of machines, both manual and automatic.

Manufacturing process

For the actual manufacturing process, only machines that use advance technology, are certified by international bodies, and match the international standards are used. For instance, for the manufacturing of twisted yarn, we use LT300 twister, which apart from other advantages, runs at a 3500 RPM speed and produces 7000 twists per minute. The machine also uses a single process for twisting, shrinking, setting and stabilising the twisted yarn and pp yarn.

Testing of finished product

After the manufacturing process, each batch of products are subjected to a battery of tests that validate each of Shubham’s claims related to product quality, its advantages and its applications. This process greatly helps in maintaining consistency.

Packaging

For the products to reach the consumer safely, it is important to have a packaging process in place that will ensure that the product is not damaged during shipping and reaches the consumer in premium condition.

Production process

Hassle-free mode of operation

The process of handling wide range of PP polymers at Shubham is sustainable (read long-term) and hassle-free because of machines with specially designed extrusion screws ensuring new generation homogenization and mixing sections for optimized melt quality.

Uniform & Efficient Production

The spun dyed yarn production and ease of operations entail high value spuns with uniform & precise spin-finish distribution over the filaments. The dual nozzle technology of Lofil 80 machines with precise gear pumps help in ensuring the just perfect finish. Also, the uniform melt delivery at steady pressure ensures optimized heat transfer and reduction in energy losses.

Automatization

The machines at Shubham extends ergonomically spaced step-precision winders which deliver quality polypropylene yarn (pp yarn) and twisted yarn packages for snag-free usage. However, the most important benefit is the automatic change-over at preset package sizes leading to energy saving and reduction in any manual involvement / human effort. Moreso, the focus on ramping up & ramping down the speed is a way of production.

Ease of Management

The centralized PLC System of machines at Shubham ensure ease of management when it comes to customizing the needs of the customers in different batches. The advanced PLC based process control systems with easy to navigate touch screen offers display & management of process parameters such as integrated trends, errors, secured access levels, product recipe management and external printer connection helps in ensuring centralized dispatching.
